Terms of sale

1. Seller

Services are provided by [VĀRDS UZVĀRDS], a natural person (“LocalUp”, “we”). Contacts: [KONTAKTI], email hello@localup.lv.

Payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your card details.

2. Services and prices

Prices are in euro. The amount on the Stripe payment page is the final amount you pay.

• Action pack — €49, one-time payment.
• Done for you — €249, one-time payment.
• Managed (subscription, €149 per month) is not currently offered, and no new subscriptions are taken. Section 5 applies only to subscriptions taken out earlier.
• Free check — €0. An automated analysis with no guarantee of completeness.

3. Action pack (€49)

A personal action plan and ready-to-paste texts for your business, ready within 24 hours of payment; we email the link to the address used at checkout.

14-day no-questions refund: write to us from the purchase email and we refund the full amount.

Credit: if you order “Done for you” with the same email within 30 days of buying the pack, the pack price (€49) is credited: paying through the link on your pack page deducts it at once; if you paid the full price another way, we refund €49 within 5 business days. A refunded pack cannot be credited, and each pack can be credited once.

Once the pack price has been credited to a “Done for you” order, the pack can no longer be refunded on its own: its €49 is part of the “Done for you” payment and is covered by the “Done for you” guarantee.

4. Done for you (€249)

We do the most important tasks from your business's report ourselves — up to about 8 hours of work: we tidy up your Google profile (with manager access: services, categories, a description only from facts you confirmed, photo guidance), 1 new or improved page on your website and technical fixes so AI can read your website, e-mails to up to 2 other sites the AI sees in your niche (free placements only), listings in up to 5 free catalogs your report names, the same facts everywhere (name, address, phone, opening hours), a review kit and a re-check after 30 days with the same questions to the AI. On site builders (WordPress, Wix, Tilda, Shopify, Mozello, Webnode and similar) we publish the page and the fixes with your login; for another kind of site, or without access, we prepare ready code and the page and your developer publishes them. If you have no website of your own, a page and technical fixes are not included. What exactly we do and what is not included is listed on your page before the work starts. Paid placements (platforms, commission, paid listings) only with your consent and at your cost. The work is done within 21 days of a start date agreed in writing after payment. Places per month are limited.

Guarantee: if within 30 days of the start date there is not at least 1 new catalog listing for your business (verifiable by its link) and more new Google reviews than in the 30 days before the start date (the review count grew by more than the number of reviews posted in the 30 days before it; if that number cannot be established at the start, 1 new review is enough), we refund the full amount paid. Either one missing is enough. A listing a catalog builds by itself from the company register (such as firmas.lv) does not count as a new listing.

Paid catalogs are optional. We use them only with your written consent, and you pay only the catalog's own price — no markup.

We work on your Google Business Profile with manager access: you remain the owner and can revoke our access in one click at any time. Google Business Profile is a free Google service; you pay for our work.

Review replies and other public texts in your name are published only with your approval.

5. Managed (€149 per month) — existing subscriptions only

We do not currently offer this subscription and take no new subscriptions. This section applies only to subscriptions taken out while it was offered, until they are cancelled.

Monthly subscription, charged automatically on the same date each month.

Cancel anytime on the subscription management page (linked in your confirmation email) or by writing to us. The subscription runs until the end of the paid month and no further payments are taken.

Seasonal pause: you can pause the subscription for up to 3 months in total within any 12 months (in one or more pauses). No payments are taken and no work is done while paused; the subscription resumes automatically afterwards.

6. What we do not guarantee

We do not guarantee any position or mention in answers from ChatGPT, Gemini, Google AI or other AI tools. These answers change and are controlled by third parties.

We report results as measured — for example “N of M answers” — with a date and a source.

7. How to get a refund

Write to hello@localup.lv from the email used for the purchase. Refunds go back to the same card via Stripe and usually arrive within 5–10 business days.

8. Right of withdrawal

If you are a consumer, you may withdraw from the contract within 14 days of concluding it without giving a reason. To withdraw, send us a clear statement at hello@localup.lv. We refund within 14 days using the same payment method.

Action pack: on the payment page you expressly agree that preparation of the pack starts immediately and acknowledge that you lose the right of withdrawal once the pack is delivered. Our voluntary 14-day no-questions refund (section 3) goes beyond the law and still applies after delivery.

Done for you and an earlier “Managed” subscription: on the payment page you ask us to start work within the withdrawal period. If you then withdraw, you pay an amount proportional to the work done until you withdrew, and we refund the rest. Once the service has been fully performed within the withdrawal period, the right of withdrawal no longer applies.

For an earlier subscription, the right of withdrawal applies to the initial order; after that you can cancel at any time (section 5).

9. Liability

Our liability for an order does not exceed the amount paid for it. This does not limit your consumer rights under Latvian and EU law.

10. Disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Latvia. Please write to us first — we will sort it out. Consumers may also contact the Latvian Consumer Rights Protection Centre (ptac.gov.lv).
