1. Controller

2. What data we process

• Business details you enter for a check: name, website address, city, plus publicly available information about the business (Google Business Profile, review count, website content).
• Check results and reports we generate from that data.
• Purchase data: email, name, billing country/address you enter on the Stripe payment page, order amount and status. Card details are processed only by Stripe — we never see them.
• Correspondence with us (emails, messages).
• Technical data: IP address (to prevent abuse) and server logs.

3. Why, and on what legal basis

• Running the free check you request — legitimate interest and your request.
• Fulfilling orders, invoices, refunds and managing subscriptions — performance of a contract.
• Keeping accounting records — legal obligation.
• Security and abuse prevention — legitimate interest.

4. Who processes data for us

We do not sell data. Only these service providers process it on our behalf:

• OpenAI — AI analysis of public business information.
• Google (Places API) — public Google Business Profile data.
• Stripe — payments, invoices, subscriptions and refunds.
• Supabase — the database that stores checks and orders.
• Resend — sending email.
• Telegram — internal order notifications to us (business name, email, amount).
• Google Analytics — website visit statistics (uses cookies; only with your consent and never on pages with a personal link).

5. Transfers outside the EU

Some processors are based in the USA. Transfers rely on the EU–US Data Privacy Framework or the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.

6. How long we keep data

• Free check data — up to 24 months, unless you ask us to delete it sooner.
• Order and payment data — as long as accounting law requires (usually 5 years).
• Correspondence — up to 24 months after the last contact.
• Server logs — up to 30 days.

7. Your rights

You have the right to access, correct and delete your data, to restrict or object to its processing, and to receive it in a portable format. Write to us and we will reply within one month.

You may also lodge a complaint with the Latvian Data State Inspectorate (dvi.gov.lv).
